2.Do you have physical outlets I can visit?

Yes, you can visit our retail outlet at Shop #28/E, Block A, Level 04, West Court, Jamuna Future Park, Dhaka. The store is open daily except Wednesday. You can browse devices, check condition in person and pick up online orders. We also arrange shop pickup for online purchases so you can inspect the device before taking it home. Support staff will help you compare models and prices.

3.How do you ensure product authenticity and quality?

Every phone or laptop goes through verification that covers IMEI or serial check, screen and camera tests, port and button checks, battery health reading and a final cosmetic review. We grade the device so you know what to expect. Listings show region, storage and battery health. You also get a limited warranty window for added peace of mind.

4.What do the condition grades mean?

Grades set expectations about look and wear. Fair may show noticeable marks yet performs normally. Good has light signs of use with minor scuffs. Excellent looks close to new with minimal wear. Functionality is tested across touch, cameras, speakers and ports. Choose the grade that fits your budget and priorities. Battery health and cycle count may vary by listing so review those details to balance price and longevity.

5.What information will I see on a product page?

Product pages show model, storage, color, region and battery health with real photos. You will see the condition grade, price, available variants and what is included. We summarize warranty eligibility so you know the coverage before you pay. Use the filters to compare options then pick the device that matches your needs and budget. Network bands and region notes help with SIM compatibility.

6.What warranty do smartphones include?

Smartphones include a 12 month limited warranty that starts on the delivery date. The warranty covers technical or mechanical faults and excludes physical or water damage. Many devices also carry a 15 day replacement window for major defects plus a 30 day battery health warranty. Claim processing time depends on diagnosis and parts availability. Keep your purchase invoice and box to speed up support.

7.How are refunds processed and how long do they take?

After we receive and inspect your issue we process the refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically complete within 7 to 10 working days depending on bank or gateway timelines. If you changed your mind a 10 percent deduction may apply or you can exchange for another item of equal or higher value. We will inform you by email when the refund is issued.

8.Are any items non refundable for change of mind?

Yes, some product types are not refundable when the reason is simply a change of mind. Examples include many accessories, cables and selected gaming items. This helps us keep hygiene standards and fair pricing. If you need flexibility choose items that are marked as eligible for replace and check the time window on the page. Contact support if you are unsure about eligibility before you order.

9.What delivery options and charges do you offer?

We offer regular delivery inside and outside Dhaka, express same day delivery in Dhaka for orders placed before 4 pm and free shop pickup. Typical charges for phones are BDT 100 inside Dhaka and BDT 200 outside Dhaka. Express inside Dhaka is BDT 300. Accessories often cost less to ship due to lower weight. Final rates show at checkout based on item type and courier.

10.How long does delivery take?

Regular delivery usually completes within 120 hours inside Dhaka and 240 hours outside Dhaka. Express delivery in Dhaka is same day if you order before 4 pm on working days. Courier timelines depend on traffic and weather so we will share updates by SMS or email. You can also collect from store when your pickup is ready. Orders placed after 4 pm move to the next working day.

11.Do you offer Cash on Delivery and are there any advance requirements?

Cash on Delivery is available in many locations. Outside Dhaka a 1% courier condition charge applies. We may ask for an advance by mobile wallet or bank transfer based on order value which helps secure the shipment. The typical advance tiers are BDT 500, BDT 1000 and BDT 2000 depending on device price. Advance verification speeds dispatch and reduces failed deliveries.

12.Can I pick up my order from a store?

Yes, shop pickup is free. After your order is prepared we will message you to collect from the counter. For outlets other than Jamuna Future Park allow 24 to 48 hours for transfer based on stock. Bring a photo ID and the order confirmation so we can hand over the device quickly. If someone else is collecting share the order number and their name with our team.

13.How do I sell or trade in my device?

Start an online submission with model, storage, condition and photos. We verify the details and may adjust the offer if the device differs after inspection. Remove iCloud or Google accounts, erase data and bring the charger if available. Payout is made after verification by bank transfer or mobile wallet. Trade in at the store is also available for quick evaluation and same day processing when stock and staff are ready.

14.Why do prices vary and can they change?

Prices reflect model, storage, grade, battery health and demand. Offers can change with stock and market conditions. Promotions may run for a limited time. Your order is billed at the price shown at checkout. If you see a better deal later you can use our exchange window when eligible then reorder at the new price. We always show current pricing on the product page.

15.Which payment methods do you accept?

We support secure online payments by card, mobile wallets and bank transfer. Cash on Delivery is available in many locations with an advance outside Dhaka. All payments are processed through trusted gateways for protection. You receive an order confirmation by email and a receipt with your purchase history in your account. Contact us if you need a VAT invoice or business purchase support.

16.Will the phone work with my SIM in Bangladesh?

Check the region on the product page and match it with your carrier bands. Global models usually work across local networks while some regional models may have limits. If you are unsure share the product link with our team. We will confirm supported bands and help you choose the best option for your SIM. We can also advise on VoLTE and eSIM features when the model supports them.

17.How do warranty claims work if something goes wrong?

Contact support with your order number and a clear description of the issue. We will guide you through basic checks then arrange device intake for diagnosis. The warranty covers technical faults and excludes physical or liquid damage. Resolution may involve repair or replacement based on stock with typical timelines ranging from 7 to 45 working days.
